As an energetic and highly motivated REALTOR®, Nakisha brings a strong passion and fierce determination in helping first-time home buyers and investors achieve their real estate goals. Before obtaining her Real Estate license and forming Coastfinity Homes Real Estate in 2021, Nakisha began her experience in real estate when she formed Coastfinity, Inc. in 2014. Her main areas of focus were real estate investments and wealth building.
These experiences uniquely enabled her to successfully connect and work with different personalities and understand market trends exceptionally well. Nakisha formed a partnership with EXP Realty as a licensed REALTOR® in 2021 to provide real estate solutions throughout the United States and overseas. Throughout her experience in real estate, she has grown her company Coastfinity, Inc. which now includes Coastfinity Homes, Coastfinity Construction, and Coastfinity Property Management.
She is proud of achieving part of her success story which includes providing residential homes placements for people with disabilities. Nakisha also works with Caregivers and Medicaid Providers to provide real estate services, mentorship, and education to first-time homebuyers and investors to help find perfect homes within their budget range. She takes prides in her educational background which includes earning a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Management from Scranton University, and a Certificate in Senior Executive Leadership with Harvard University. Nakisha also dedicated several years as a Executive Civil Servant (GS-14) with the federal government. The skills that she learned throughout her career equipped her with the entrepreneurship knowledge and leadership to run a business and coach other small business owners. In turn, she has been able to coach a multitude of business owners on running small businesses. Entrepreneurship has given her an upper hand to establish her own business and run it successfully.
